**Off-season rates (Nov 30th-the weekend before Memorial Day weekend) are as follows: Fri & Sat--$89.48, Sun-Thurs--$69, Weekly--$450. All rates based on double occupancy. Each additional adult is $6.50 per night. Up to 3 children under the age of 18 stay for free.
